Procosmetica offers a comprehensive service consisting in creating cosmetics in accordance with individual expectations of its customers.

Procosmetica was established on 15 July 1996. Since then, thanks to the efforts of the owners, talented managers and committed employees we have been systematically expanding the portfolio and improving the quality of our services.

We owe our dynamic development to reliable, comprehensive and individual customer support. Specialist equipment and qualified employees are our main advantages.

Firm

Our team consists of eight managers and 60 experienced workers. We conduct our operations at the headquarters located in Rogoźno near Poznań and at the Poznań branch.

At present, the firm successfully competes in two main areas:

OEM cosmetics production,
products re-packaging.

Laboratory

Our laboratory provides comprehensive services of creating cosmetics in accordance with individual expectations of our customers.

Thanks to many years of experience and monitoring the latest trends, the cosmetics designed at Procosmetica’s laboratory meet the requirements of even the most demanding consumers. Co-operation with numerous manufacturers of raw materials and packaging allows us to create award-winning products.

Quality control

Control at every stage of the production process, in line with procedures and clearly defined specifications, allows us to manufacture high quality products.

Pre-empting the latest requirements which must be met by cosmetics manufacturers, in 2011 we certified our quality assurance system in accordance with EN ISO 22716. Meeting the strict GMP requirements we continuously improve our quality system, which is confirmed by annual external audits.

Strict checks of the production environment ensure that our products are safe for their users.

Production

We are able to ensure the highest quality of our services thanks to the ever-growing machine facilities.

Procosmetica’s machine facilities:

MZUTS 1000 homogenising mixer with a working capacity of 1000 litres (manufacturer: Urliński Warszawa), which allows conducting the production process in strictly defined conditions, controlled by elements of automatics. It guarantees products of the highest quality.

An Innovative System

An innovative computer system for controlling the circulation of raw materials

During the production process we use an innovative computer system which controls the circulation of raw materials within the production facility, and water used for production is subjected to deionization, thanks to which its conductivity is <10μs/cm.

Filling and packaging

Our cosmetics filling machines allow us to pack cosmetics into the following packaging types:

tubes with a capacity between 4 ml to 250 ml, with a diameter between 19mm and 50 mm. The output is 25,000 tubes per day.
bottles with a capacity between 5 ml do 600 ml with output of 20,000 units per day. Bottles may come with different types of closure, e.g. flip-top, disc-top, atomiser, mini-trigger, etc.

We have a labelling system for tubes and round and flat bottles with one or two labels and for marking the aforesaid types of packaging.

GMP certificates

The European Parliament’s and Council’s Resolution 1223/2009 on cosmetic products imposes on manufacturers an obligation to carry out production in accordance with good manufacturing practices (GMP).
The best confirmation of production in conformity with GMP is the system’s certification according to the EN ISO 22716:2007 norm. Annual inspections carried out by a leading certification market entity allows us to continuously improve production, control, as well as storage and transportation of our cosmetic products. Implementation and maintenance of the GMP system guarantees the safety of our products.
As a company which provides production services by order of our clients, we meet this requirement. This fact is confirmed by the presented certificate.
